How much does a domain cost with Centron?

A .de domain costs €10.44 per year with Centron; generic extensions such as .app or .academy cost between €50 and €72, whilst specialised extensions such as .ai cost €135.24. DNS management is included: you can manage A, AAAA, CNAME, MX and TXT records yourself via the interface, without needing to submit a support ticket and without any waiting time. This means that the domain, DNS and server are all with the same provider – so there’s no need to coordinate between different parties in the event of a fault. Which domain extensions can I register?

A wide selection of top-level domains – classic extensions such as .de, .com, .net and .eu, as well as newer and sector-specific TLDs. Please ask us about your preferred extension.

Can I transfer existing domains to Centron?

Yes. We guide you through the domain transfer process step by step – including the transfer of DNS records, so that your website and email remain accessible without interruption during the transfer.

Which DNS records can I manage?

All standard record types: A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT, SRV and more – including SPF and DKIM records for secure email delivery, as well as verification records for third-party services.

How quickly do DNS changes take effect?

Changes take effect on our name servers within minutes. Global propagation depends on the TTL of the relevant record – we are happy to advise on appropriate TTL values on request.

Can Centron take care of DNS management?
