The protection replicates your systems every 15 minutes into immutable snapshots, meaning that the maximum data loss in the event of a ransomware attack is 15 minutes; failover to the backup environment takes place within seconds. The failover system is located in a separate fire compartment of the Hallstadt data centre near Bamberg, certified to ISO 27001 on the basis of IT-Grundschutz, entirely within Germany; availability follows the SLA of the underlying infrastructure.
