Data backup is part of the centron managed server
centron backs up every managed server via its own backup infrastructure. The software is SEP Sesam. It is developed in Germany and has German support. Backups cover the operating system volumes and further partitions. centron also creates daily dumps of databases. The schedule is a monthly full backup, weekly differential and daily incremental. Retention is 28 days. Recovery takes minutes to hours depending on data volume. Details are in the backup documentation. The backup is included in the managed server. Additional backup storage is charged at list price.
