What is centron’s Channel Partner Programme?

The Channel Partner Programme is aimed at companies that recommend centron and refer new end customers. The contract is then concluded directly between the end customer and centron: centron takes full responsibility for contract administration, invoicing and service delivery. As a Channel Partner, you will receive a monthly credit, the amount of which is based on the net end-customer turnover generated by the customers you have referred. You can use this credit towards your own infrastructure with centron. Cash payments are not permitted.

    Your benefits

What the affiliate programme offers you

    Monthly over three years

The credit is paid monthly – for each end customer, for 36 months from their first commission-eligible turnover, rather than as a one-off payment upon signing the contract.

    Financing our own infrastructure

You can use the credit balance for your own centron infrastructure, thereby reducing your running costs.

    Simple matchmaking

You register potential end customers via the partner portal. Centron then takes care of the rest of the process.

    No contractual obligations

The contract and billing are handled directly between the end customer and centron. You bear no risk of non-payment or debt recovery.

A tiered system rather than a case-by-case approach

The higher the net end-customer turnover generated, the higher the percentage of your credit balance.

    Transparent investigation

Three tiers, reviewed monthly on the basis of the average of the last three calendar months.

    Credit balance tiers

Your monthly credit balance following assessment in the affiliate programme

The Channel Partner Programme is based on three tiers. Classification is determined by the monthly turnover generated from referred end customers.

LevelMonthly net retail turnover generatedCredit balance (percentage of turnover)
    Tier 11.000,00 € – 4.999,00 €5 %
    Tier 25.000,00 € – 9.999,00 €7,5 %
    Tier 3from €10,000.0010 %

The classification is reviewed on a monthly basis. The average net end-customer turnover for the last three calendar months is used as the basis; if this exceeds or falls below a threshold, the classification is adjusted automatically.

    Basis for calculation

How your credit balance is calculated

The calculation is made as a percentage based on the monthly net end-customer turnover of the assigned end customers. Example: The referred end customers generate a combined monthly net end-customer turnover of €7,000.00. The Channel Partner is therefore in Tier 2 and receives 7.5 per cent of this – i.e. €525.00 in monthly credit. The exact classification procedure and the current tier levels are set out in the Channel Partner Agreement. The credit is calculated at the end of each calendar month and credited to the partner’s account.

How can I refer a potential end customer to centron?

Who is responsible for contract administration, invoicing and service delivery?

The contract is concluded directly between the end customer and centron. centron invoices for the services and provides them to the end customer. The partner remains responsible for the commercial management and advice provided to its customers.

How does centron calculate the monthly credit for the affiliate programme?

The calculation is based solely on the net end-customer turnover of the allocated end customers. Taxes, discounts, credit notes and individually agreed special terms are not taken into account. With a monthly net end-customer turnover of €7,000.00 in Tier 2, 7.5% results in a credit balance of €525.00.

The period is calculated separately for each end customer and is not extended by a change of tariff or re-registration.
