As a channel partner, you will attract new end customers for centron and benefit from a monthly revenue share, which you can use as credit towards your own infrastructure.
The Channel Partner Programme is aimed at companies that recommend centron and refer new end customers. The contract is then concluded directly between the end customer and centron: centron takes full responsibility for contract administration, invoicing and service delivery. As a Channel Partner, you will receive a monthly credit, the amount of which is based on the net end-customer turnover generated by the customers you have referred. You can use this credit towards your own infrastructure with centron. Cash payments are not permitted.
The credit is paid monthly – for each end customer, for 36 months from their first commission-eligible turnover, rather than as a one-off payment upon signing the contract.
You can use the credit balance for your own centron infrastructure, thereby reducing your running costs.
You register potential end customers via the partner portal. Centron then takes care of the rest of the process.
The contract and billing are handled directly between the end customer and centron. You bear no risk of non-payment or debt recovery.
The higher the net end-customer turnover generated, the higher the percentage of your credit balance.
Three tiers, reviewed monthly on the basis of the average of the last three calendar months.
The Channel Partner Programme is based on three tiers. Classification is determined by the monthly turnover generated from referred end customers.
| Level | Monthly net retail turnover generated | Credit balance (percentage of turnover) |
|---|---|---|
| Tier 1 | 1.000,00 € – 4.999,00 € | 5 % |
| Tier 2 | 5.000,00 € – 9.999,00 € | 7,5 % |
| Tier 3 | from €10,000.00 | 10 % |
The classification is reviewed on a monthly basis. The average net end-customer turnover for the last three calendar months is used as the basis; if this exceeds or falls below a threshold, the classification is adjusted automatically.
The calculation is made as a percentage based on the monthly net end-customer turnover of the assigned end customers. Example: The referred end customers generate a combined monthly net end-customer turnover of €7,000.00. The Channel Partner is therefore in Tier 2 and receives 7.5 per cent of this – i.e. €525.00 in monthly credit. The exact classification procedure and the current tier levels are set out in the Channel Partner Agreement. The credit is calculated at the end of each calendar month and credited to the partner’s account.
The Channel Partner Programme is designed for companies that have an existing network, a customer base or relevant business contacts.

Only legal entities and registered companies that can provide evidence of commercial activity are eligible to participate. Private individuals are excluded from participation.
The process from initial contact to receiving your monthly commission involves seven steps. Allocation to a tier is determined automatically based on the turnover generated.
Companies, legal entities and registered businesses may take part in the Channel Partner Programme. Private individuals are excluded from participation. centron may require proof of commercial activity, such as an extract from the commercial register.
The end customer enters into the contract directly with centron. centron handles all contract administration, invoices the services and provides them directly to the end customer.
As a channel partner, you will receive a monthly credit. The amount is calculated transparently on the basis of the turnover generated by end customers clearly assigned to you. Cash payments are not permitted.
Only sales from end customers who have been duly registered via the partner portal are taken into account when calculating credit balances. Registration is a prerequisite for allocation.
As a centron Channel Partner, you refer end customers to centron and, in return, receive a monthly credit of 5 to 10 per cent of the net end-customer turnover generated through your referrals.
