centron Managed Services is a technical support service: we analyse faults, advise on configurations and guide you through the implementation process. You retain full control over your system.
Fault analysis
Our administrators analyse fault conditions within your infrastructure and assist with resolving them – for both Linux and Windows environments.
Technical advice
We answer questions about the configuration and use of centron Services directly – from network set-up to the scaling of your environment.
Incident and Problem Management
We provide support in the event of a fault in accordance with defined processes – with response times depending on the support level and prioritisation based on severity.
Clear billing
€40.00 per 15 minutes or part thereof within service hours. If you have booked an hourly allowance, you pay a fixed monthly rate instead.
You only pay for the time we actually need
During our service hours – Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm – we charge €40.00 for every 15 minutes or part thereof. Outside these hours, each hour or part thereof is charged, and separate hourly rates apply. Anyone who needs regular support can book a block of hours at a fixed monthly rate.

How much do managed services cost at centron?
centron charges for Managed Services on a time-and-material basis: €40.00 per 15 minutes or part thereof within service hours. If the service is required on a regular basis, you can instead book a monthly hourly allowance at a fixed price – this is usually more cost-effective and makes it easier to budget for costs. Those wishing to outsource operations entirely can opt for Premium Full Managing at €50.00 per ccloud³ VM per month, which includes updates, monitoring, backups and fault rectification. This means you only pay for what you actually use and are not tied to a package that exceeds your requirements. Operations take place exclusively in German, certified to ISO 27001 on the basis of IT-Grundschutz data centres.
