IHK Munich includes centron in the list of prequalified companies

On February 14, 2020, the IHK issued the decision that centron was now included in the “Official Directory of Prequalified Companies”. centron easily passed a number of tests and controls in order to receive the coveted seal.

In the prequalification database for the supply and service sector, you will find companies that have proven their suitability for public contracts to the chambers of industry and commerce or the contract advice centers supported by them.

This saves companies considerable costs and time. Public clients can be sure that the review was carried out seriously and that good offers do not have to be excluded because of incorrect proof of suitability.

When is a company entered in the official register?

For registration, the company must prove that it has the necessary suitability and that there are no grounds for exclusion (see list of evidence). These requirements are checked by the Chambers of Industry and Commerce or the contract advice centers they support, which have already carried out the pre-qualification (pq-vol). The responsible IHKs then make the entry in the official directory.

A service has been set up for e-tendering platforms that signals to the contracting authority using this platform for its procurement procedures whether a company is entered in the official directory or not. This “red-green” function makes it easier to find suitable companies, especially in the sub-threshold area, and thus creates additional advantages for the registered company.
