Pricing FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does centron Support cost?

24/7 expert support is included free of charge for all customers. Individual support – for example, with configurations or migrations – is billed on a usage basis and transparently according to the time and effort involved.

When is personalised support worthwhile?

If you need expert assistance on an ad hoc basis without having to sign up for a managed service contract straight away – for example, for one-off migrations, performance analyses or complex set-ups.

What is the difference between this and managed services?

Support is available on demand; managed services take care of day-to-day operations – including monitoring, updates and guaranteed response times. Managed services are usually the more cost-effective choice for long-term relief.
