Meet Christian Orth, centron’s new Linux Team Lead, and learn more about his goals and key areas of focus.
Get to know our new Team Lead, Daniel Jarman, in this interview. Daniel has been with centron since October 2022 and started out as a Windows System Engineer. Since June 2026, he has been leading the Windows team.

We spoke to him about what he expects from his new role and where he sees the biggest challenge.
For me, becoming Windows Team Lead is the next step in my career. As this is my first role with people-management responsibilities, I am really looking forward to the new challenges. My main goal is to grow into the role.
I definitely have more work and a broader range of responsibilities now, many of which go beyond purely technical topics. The new role also involves a great deal of organization, struc-turing processes and, of course, taking responsibility for the team.
I am most looking forward to the new topics and responsibilities that come with the role. The opportunity to develop new skills is particularly motivating for me.
Improving the quality of our documentation and optimizing our system standards will be my main priorities. Automation will also play a major role. These are areas I want to advance toge-ther with my team.
Building our new documentation will be a major topic that will keep us busy for some time. Our goal is to make processes easier to understand, optimize them and simplify them wherever possible.
