Hosting – Computing power without your own hardware

Rent a cloud server: ready to go straight away

No need to buy hardware, no long-term contracts: you rent exactly the computing power your project needs – from €3.12 per month, billed by the hour, from German data centres.

Why rent rather than buy?

Four reasons to opt for a rented server

Renting a server means that you focus on your project, whilst we take care of the power supply, network, hardware and availability.

Available immediately

No procurement process, no lead time: the cloud server is ready within seconds of clicking – Linux or Windows, depending on your profile.

Costs are based on usage

Billing by the hour rather than capital expenditure: a test system that runs for just one week costs the equivalent of just one week.

Grows with the project

CPU, RAM and storage can be upgraded at the click of a button – turning the small starter system into a production server without the need to migrate.

Operations in Germany

certified to ISO 27001 on the basis of IT-Grundschutz data centres in Bamberg, GDPR-compliant processing and an unrestricted BSI C5:2020 Type 1 certificate for ccloud³.

From testing to live operation

A rental server for every stage of the project

Whether it’s a staging environment, an online shop or a business-critical application: rented cloud servers are flexible. The Worker Pool is sufficient to get started; under heavy load, the Power Pool delivers a guaranteed 3.5 GHz per core – and if you don’t want to manage the server yourself, you can have it operated as a managed server.
