IT System Management Clerk: Merging Technical Understanding with Customer Service and Sales Expertise

Whether hardware, software or services: IT system management clerks are experts in selling IT services. Working alongside our sales team, you will advise customers on the introduction or expansion of systems, design solutions for their IT systems and provide information on hardware and software issues. You will also learn how to approach potential customers, create offers and maintain existing customer contacts. Together with your colleagues, you not only keep an eye on the market, but conquer it with targeted marketing and advertising measures.

Of course, anyone who wants to sell IT services must also understand their origin and process. It is therefore particularly important to us to give you a good overview of how our departments work together. In the course of your training, you will therefore work on cross-departmental practice projects and, in addition to sales, you will also work in the development, 1st level, data center, Windows, Linux and network departments. At the end of your training you will have comprehensive IT knowledge and can therefore advise customers independently!
