Daniel, what do you expect from your new role? Do you have any personal goals?

For me, becoming Windows Team Lead is the next step in my career. As this is my first role with people-management responsibilities, I am really looking forward to the new challenges. My main goal is to grow into the role.

What will change for you?

I definitely have more work and a broader range of responsibilities now, many of which go beyond purely technical topics. The new role also involves a great deal of organization, struc-turing processes and, of course, taking responsibility for the team.

What are you most looking forward to in your new position?

I am most looking forward to the new topics and responsibilities that come with the role. The opportunity to develop new skills is particularly motivating for me.

Which topics would you particularly like to drive forward in your area?

Improving the quality of our documentation and optimizing our system standards will be my main priorities. Automation will also play a major role. These are areas I want to advance toge-ther with my team.

What do you see as the biggest challenge?

Building our new documentation will be a major topic that will keep us busy for some time. Our goal is to make processes easier to understand, optimize them and simplify them wherever possible.
